Reef Donkey rods are made to withstand the most brutal fights. The rod action will allow you to control the fish with high brake settings and still leave some leeway when the fish gets close to the boat. It is a fine balance between power and efficiency. Equipped with 2 roller rings where the line exerts maximum effort under load. The anatomical grip is not only very comfortable during a long fight, but it has a flat area in the fore-end to help apply the proper pressure when the line is 'pressed'. These details make the difference between a "good" and a "great" rod.
